I'm not reading anything as of yet because I'm one, last book short of my book bingo blackout. After reading that, I'll dive into danmei!

Currently reading Sendoff. I'm at chapter 125 now, hoping to finish it this week but this is a pretty busy week.

So far, really enjoying it! And I'm definitely seeing some patterns in Nian Zhong's stories (all good, because I eat them up like candy)

I'm currently almost finished with book 2 of Mo Du, and have almost finished C Language cultivation (thank you to everyone who was talking about it in the intro posts, I'm enjoying it immensely!). I'm also halfway through Global Examination, which I'm enjoying <3

Sendoff is so good. Very vivid imagery as well - I read it over the holidays which is good because I was literally reading all night to finish some of the arcs because i couldn't get to sleep otherwise!

Safety Manual Labor Tips with a Twist of 2D by Xi Zixu is set in a future which fictional characters suddenly becomes real in real life (and goes very badly).

It's very fun to read. MC is very calm but still an everyman amid the horror and adventures. I laughed when MC accidentally became a magical girl (but still need to go to work).

So I've been reading She Belongs to Me, a short modern-day arranged marriage baihe novel by Da Ying, at a blistering pace of 2 chapters / week, and occasionally making vocabulary lists whenever I have the time/spoons.

This week, some major but very artificial miscommunication about infidelity is happening but I'm not going to get my hopes up for any dramatic outbursts. 😂

I started rereading Mr. Melancholy Wants to Live a Peaceful Life this week! I'm still early, just a few chapters in, but I'm happy to remember how fond I am of the leads' relationship and how fun it is seeing the established relationship complicate their superhero-y lives.

He's also great at acting (and making up nonsense story that requires his ragtag sect to also go along with his story)

I also love that one <3 They have such a nice relationship, and it's so watching You Zhengping insist his husband is a gentle wonderful man with no flaws while said man is bullying his entire office

I finished volume 2 of Stars of Chaos last week. The translation reads very smoothly imho and I'm really enjoying seeing Chang Geng and Gu Yun's relationship develop, but I have mixed feelings about the series so far.

Highlight for spoilers! *it dragged a little for me because I thought the secret identity thing was stretched a little too long, but overall, a fun story*

Mo Du and GUEE are both great! I've meant to read C Language Cultivation for a while; glad to hear it's good!

Yeah, I can understand why that'd be annoying! It's a trope I generally enjoy, fortunately, and the resolution was great, so it was worth it to me. :)

I finished the official translation 2ha volume 5 (reread, I read fantranslation + mtl), and I'll be starting In The Dark by Jin Shisi Chai probably today! The official translation of that is from Peach Flower House and I have all 3 vols.
