The motivation for this is mostly because I wanted to have a neat list somewhere of CN SF short stories/novelettes translated into EN that are free to read. Turns out there's already a list, so I'll share that list and a few other things not listed there:

Some of the links are broken, and some do not have links though they are available online, and turns out I found a few more that are not on the list so here they are:
