Volunteer CN-EN beta list

A while back in this Free-for-all Friday post (and on Fedi), I asked if anyone is willing to beta for CN-EN fan translations. So, here is a list of people who responded.

The aim of this list is just so that community members (and people outside this community) who are doing fan translation and would like someone to beta for them have a list of people to approach. Note, this is for non-MTL translations only, and if you reach out to these volunteers, please respect their energy and availability.
