Two of the speakers gave permission to share their slides (and I thought their slides covered a lot) - I'd be happy to transcribe those slides from screenshots, if you think it would be helpful and you're okay with that.

...I ended up transcribing the slides anyway, so it would be easier for me to reference later :) It's not as pretty as the originals, but it's a lot more readable than my screenshots.
