I am reading the English fan tl, currently the version Merelhyn made into a epub a few years ago [link to my tumblr reblog,] ... though the download seems to have gone down when they deactivated their tumblr.

The original fan translations are still on their wordpress sites though, this one seems to be the most up to date table of contents. Note re Summertime Waterlily, the links in this table of contents are broken because they reverted to a free wordpress account afterwards, but all their chapters are still online also.
